NGO gives out free ARVs

NORTHERN PROVINCE: Aids Relief Rwanda, an American Non- Governmental Organisation (NGO) working in Rwanda, has donated anti-retroviral drugs (ARVs) to 32 Aids patients in Rushaki Sector, Gicumbi District.
