School attendance to increase
SOUTHERN PROVINCE: There will be an increase in the number of pupils
attending both primary and secondary schools in the Huye District. According
to the District Director of Education and Sports, Charles Kobukeye, the feat
would be achieved as a result of increased government support.

Over 600 students complete Ingando
NORTHERN PROVINCE : It was pomp, fanfare and ecstasy for over 600 students
who had completed one and half month solidarity training in political
education (Ingando) at Kinoni Sector in Burera District.

Restaurants in HIV/Aids competition

EASTERN PROVINCE: Several restaurant workers in Nyagatare town have joined a
competition in which they will demonstrate techniques to combat HIV/Aids and
stigmatization. The competition is funded by two local organizations,
RAPSIDA and PJLS.
