Kenya National Adult Literacy Survey Report Launched




Kenya National Bureau of Statistics and the Department of Adult Education
(Ministry of Gender, Sports, Culture and Social Services) released the
report of the Kenya National Literacy Survey in Nairobi on 3 April 2007.
More than 170 stakeholders including senior representatives from concerned
ministries and development agencies attended. The Minister for Gender,
Sports, Culture and Social Services gave the keynote address that launched
the report.
