Students vow to fight genocide ideology
The genocide ideology still exists in schools and there is no doubt about
that. However, government is trying its level best to totally do away with
the vice in both primary and secondary schools.

District to build schools
KYENJOJO - The district will next financial year raise funds to build more

A sh350m school has been opened at Kikandwa. Forest High School, with a

Makerere links with Belgrade University 
BELGRADE University in Serbia will soon start exchanging lecturers with
Makerere University (MUK) after the two institutions signed a memorandum of
understanding.

USE schools shouldn’t teach more than 14 subjects
SCHOOLS implementing the Universal secondary education (USE) scheme have
been warned against teaching S.1 entrants more than 14 subjects.

Rotarians donate to orphans
ABOUT 120 HIV/AIDS orphans in Makindye Division, Kampala have received
scholastic materials worth sh41.5m from the Rotary Club of Makindye.

NGO offers bicycles
KYENJOJO-Catholic Relief Services (CRS) has donated bicycles to HIV/AIDS
community volunteers in Kyenjojo and Kamwenge districts. The bicycles will
be used in sensitising the communities on the disease. Kyenjojo received 45
bicycles, while Kamwenge got 57.
