Rwanda

US hands over Frw111m school 
KIGALI - The US Embassy in Kigali yesterday handed over Shyara Primary
School to the Ministry of Education. The seven-classroom block, which
accommodates at least 300 pupils, was constructed in Shyara Sector in
Bugesera District, Eastern Province. The school, worth Frw111 million, was
funded by the US European Command's Humanitarian Assistance to Rwanda.
Through this assistance, seven primary schools have been constructed
countrywide.
